This bug is most notable in submitted box sets, as these are always sync'd back to my database after being accepted.

What happens is:

I contribute a 100% completely defined box-set that consists entirely of discs that have no Chapter Names. There is no note on the parent or child records for "Improvable: Chapter Names", as all the discs in the box have the checkbox "Chapter Names Not Included" checked. I wait for the moderator to approve the box-set. When the box-set is approved, my next synchronization brings down the approved box set data from the server to my local database.

When I view that box-set that I had contributed as 100% complete with no note for "Improvable: Chapter Names", now shows "Improvable: Chapter Names" on both the parent and child records. And if I click through on the Discs for the parent and child Title records, in fact the "Chapters Names Not Included" checkbox has been cleared on every one of them after the sync has taken place. (It may also be messing with the data I submitted for certain discs that include two films, but I'm not certain of that yet. I'm finding where I believe I originally added the presence of two Titles on a single Disc in the Chapters screen, when I get it back it only has one.)

See the attached screen shots for a parent "Strange New Worlds: Science Fiction at DEFA" (barcode 5060000706192) and a child record "Eolomea" from that set.

If I do an "Update Title", it tells me "Your profile is up to date". It does not seem to be comparing the data in the checkbox "Chapter Names Not Included" on the server against my local data. "Your profile is up to date" would imply that the checkbox is also blank on the server at the time I activate "Update Title", but if I check the box again, save the data, and do a "Contribute Title Data", my update is rejected as it sees no difference between my now-modified record and that on the server.

This is 100% reproducible and has corrupted my data on every box set I've contributed where the discs have no chapters. On discs where Chapters do exist and are added, such as Criterion box sets, the synchronized data comes back accurately. It seems to be a problem with the synchronization of "Chapter Names Not Included" data only.

I believe this is also occurring on other (non-box-set) Titles where the discs have no Chapters, as I frequently find that Titles I'm convinced were previously 100% complete with no "Improvable: Chapter Names" notes, now have are showing those notes. I am still testing this. I believe this would occur where a change to the record has been made by someone else after I have submitted a Title with "Chapter Names Not Included" box checked, and the sync data comes to me without it.

One occasion when I had to restore my data from the server, I believe that ALL records that had previously had the "Chapter Names Not Included" flag checked came back without it checked, which meant that I had to manually modify every one of those records to restore the checked box and clear the note.

Please prioritize fixing this one. Needless to say, this is very annoying and time-consuming on a large database of thousands of Titles. I've reported it before a while back, but this report has a lot more verified detail, and reproducibility steps.
