I am looking to generate a pdf report for insurance purposes, including the "notes" section as a field that outlines the specific edition and description for each movie. However, the pdf function in the app doesn't show the notes field. Even when selected under the detailed option and the field selected. The generated pdf is missing the notes section.
I would ideally prefer a basic list option and be able to select the fields i need, but the basic pdf doesn't allow notes to be selected.
What is my best option for a comprehensive list that shows the "notes" field?

I have done so and the detailed report does not show the notes field, even when selected.
