How is this that impossible? I simply want an alphabetical list of my collection with categories. I keep getting a totally random list. Must I pay for printing?

When I request a Simple List, the downloaded PDF report lists everything in random order (at least I can discern no order). I reported this in an e-mail message with an attached example a month ago.
UPDATE 22AUG26: The Simple List report is working better but is not working well. When I request a Simple Report, I receive the entire report but now (1) my report request for adding another field and for re-ordering the fields (as provided in the request interface) isn't respected, so I receive the default fields in default order; (2) the report uses the standard Display Title instead of my Personal Information Display Title; and (3) the report uses the standard Sort Title instead of my Personal Information Sort Title. Overall, this makes the report about halfway useful.
Also, unrelated to reports, it seems somebody is messing around with the standard Display Titles in the data base, confusing them with the standard Sort Titles. Specifically, they're changing (for actual example) "The Glenn Miller Story" to "Glenn Miller Story, The," putting the definite article at the end of the standard Display Title. I've simply added Personal Information to these titles -- about a dozen in my collection -- instead of trying to chase why this is happening.

Same here, using windows app. Any report comes with a "weird" order different from the app. Also My Movies 4 Pro for Android DOES NOT create report requests, it says Users Online collection is not Active.
