I'm just doing my first population of the new "Cast & Crew" data process in V5.44 PR3, and I'm liking the new approach. It should really help to get the data much more accurate.

I did run into an issue though. In populating Crew for "Into Great Silence" (tt0478160), I attempted to "Create New Person" for the Producer "Michael Weber", as no matching names turned up in my initial search of cached values. The program then returned the message that there was more than one match (yay!) and to pick the one that matched (yay!). Unfortunately, when I checked to match the IMDB-ID (nm0916688) of the "Michael Weber" I was looking for, it was not one of the two presented, and there seems no way to add the new one in the process. (See attached screen captures)

I know the initial screen says to submit it via the "Report Incorrect Data" function, but having to wait days to finish updating a Movie record is significant drag on the process and will dissuade me from doing the data entry. Instead there should be a prompt in there for the IMDB-ID of the iteration of the Name you wish to match. If it isn't found among the already available Names, it should offer to create it. (Alternately, like the way the current interface allows one to enter in the IMDB-ID of a Movie to have it search, you should be able to search on the Name IMDB-ID and have it returned/created.)
