Adding to the issue that I cannot sync due to the online service could not be contacted. I am unable to upload the log due to an internal server error.

On which version please? I tried the latest yesterday of My Movies Vers. 5.44 (Pre Release 5), after browsing other topics with sync issues and you asking people to update.
