On the Movie "Eyes Wide Shut" (tt0120663), the Crew roles were out of order, and the Rating Cause was missing. After correcting the errors, and submitting a "Contribute Movie" request, the error "The Global data for this movie has been locked by a moderator. [...]" was returned.

Unlike a "Title" record display, the status that a record has been locked is not displayed on the status line of the screen.

A "Record has been locked" status line, similar to that in the "Title" data display, should be displayed on the "Movie" screen as well, if applicable.
