The Problem:
I am using the latest version 5.43, windows 11 x64 box, client/server install, no virus scanner,

Step1: Add a TV title and the episodes all for that season, box set, etc ie, Tulsa King Season 1 Blue-ray.
Step 2: Work down to any episode in the in that season. So under season 1, open episode 1.
Step 3: At the bottom, under "Personal Data", add the path to the iso image of that eposide., ie "\\server\TV\Tulsa King, Season 1\Tulsa King Season 1 Episode 1.iso"
Step 4: Save Episode

Error dialog box appears
"There was an error storing the data to your database. Please refer to log for details."

Here is the thing, check the log, which is included, and there is a problem contacting the online database service, not local. Also it does not matter which title I pick. They all do it.

So what have I done:

1. I have completely removed and uninstalled MyMovies, used the clean tool, made sure all directories of SQL server were removed and no MyMovies directory were present, including in the Program data. Then I reloaded everything from a backup. Try again, same error

2. Removed Mymovies again completely, tried again with a different backup from a month ago loading in previous movies. Same error

3. Removed MyMovies again completely, had the online database reload all my titles. This was painful, it took 3 days (have over 10k entries). Same error

4. Removed My Movies Completely again, tried pre-release version. Same error

5. Removed MyMovies again completely, cleared online database (since I had several backups......) Loaded a single title. tried again, same error

6. restored an imaged from my machine from a back up a month ago when everything was working. loaded a single title again, same error.

7. After playing with a bunch of images, I COMPLETELY wiped my computer, installed OS fresh and then with nothing else loaded on my machine, installed MyMovies, let it sync with a single title in collection, tried to do a save of file path in episode data and the same error message came up.

Other things to note: Checked system clock, checked firewall settings, logged out-logged in check network. I can save to the main title directly, make changes to the main title, etc no problem. Only episode personal data not working.

When reading the log, it states problem with online service so I really do not think this is me. This is something with the online database.

Okay, redownloaded the 5.44 pre-release and installed it. Same results.
