Hello, I have received this error (see title) for a while now while syncing to the server. I uninstalled My Movies with the appropriate cleaner from the site and reinstalled it many times, but the problem persists and I do not know what to do anymore. I have attached a log where the error appears in case it might be of use. I run Win10pro at 64bit updated to the day, net.framework 4.0 (I think), avast antivirus, and the latest release of My Movies. Thank you for your assistance Edit: I can't seem to be able to upload the log. I'll keep trying Edit1: There it is File Attachment(s):
log.txt (248kb) downloaded 20 time(s).

I have the same problem since yesterday: Synchronisation aborts with this error message (see topic title).
Also since yesterday, when I change something for a movie title (e.g. define an Online directory where the movie is stored), I get an error message: "There is a problem with writing personal data to the internal database"
This happens on my Win7 64bit machine, latest MyMovies version installed. I want to mention that I did the same thing (assign an online directory) for several movie titles during the last couple of days without any problem. Just since yesterday (15.Jan) the described problems suddenly occur.
Has this issue been solved already for the creator of this thread so that somethin could be suggested, or should I provide log file, etc...
Thank you for helping

This is not a common problem, but a problem with individual data in your individual databases - therefore "me too" posts on this is not going to help resolve anything, we need individually to determine which flawed data your collection has. Therefore I need a log along with any post on this. Having trouble installing or upgrading to My Movies 5? Click here for troubleshooting.Having a problem? This afternoon i received the same error message while trying to synchronize. i tried restoring my database from a recent backup, and when that didn't solve the problem i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software. Now when i load the software it immediately prompts a synchronization, and when the error prevents this the software automatically closes. Please help. File Attachment(s):
log.txt (2,806kb) downloaded 8 time(s).

You have a database in state RECOVERY_PENDING. This typically occurs if the machine had a hard turn off while writing to the database. - Uninstall - Use our clean tool (search uninstall on kb.mymovies.dk) - Reinstall - Restore a database backup, or restore from the service. i followed your instructions exactly.
i uninstalled the software, ran the clean tool, reinstalled the software then restored from the service, and about halfway through restoration i got the same error message. i then tried to restore from my backup, and once again got the same error message.

i tried to attach the log to my previous message last night but for some reason the site wouldn't let me. It would think about it for like 30 seconds then just not do it. i will try to attach the log to this message.

This site still isn't letting me upload the log file. i click "browse" double click the file then click upload, the site thinks for like five seconds then gives me a "Maximum request length exceeded" error. This is crazy. i had no problem uploading the last log file.
