Hey Brian,

While doing some testing I discovered that when Folder Monitoring detects a file path change for a Disc Title, that does not trigger a GlobalDataChanged or PersonalDataChanged date update.

For example, I had the movie 101 Dalmatians in a folder named 101 Dalmations (spelt incorrectly with an O instead of an A). This Disc Title already existed in My Movies. I then corrected the spelling to 101 Dalmatians, and seconds later when I looked in MMCM, the Disc location was already updated to the new corrected file path (SIDE NOTE: I'm super impressed how quickly you pick up directory structure changes, and would love to know how you accomplished this).

But CMC was not getting the change from My Movies. So I started looking at the API output for GetCollection and GetTitleList, and both still had old dates for GlobalDataChanged and PersonalDataChanged. So even though the file path was updated, it did not trigger a date change. I had to touch something on the Title and save it for the date to change and then CMC picked up the new data from the API.
