I'm attempting to clear my database, but every time i issue a clear command i get the error:
"The database could not be cleared, The online service returned an error 'There is already another clear in progress for this collection. Please wait 5 minutes, and synchronize your device.'. Please try again later"
I have tried dozens of times after sync and this error never goes away.
I attempted to disconnect from my online account apparently cleared the database, but when i ran a restore, i received numerous errors that my restore steps were not properly synced with the online service. After my full restore i found that some portions of my restore were incurrect, such as my categories etc.
How can i clean this up? I just want to run a fresh restore.
When restoring, i get :
"There was a problem storing data into the internal database - synchronization aborted."

I also have this issue after clearing the database and reinstalling. The monitor function doesn't really seem to work either on trying to build the database from scratch. I have had to run Add Titles multiple times so far and it still is missing like 1500 movies. It was semi working for a bit, but wasn't reading the already existing xml files in the directory so would pull from your database the first in the list which is invariably in red and missing 90% of the information. So then I try and change the data and it finds the right one but times out and then get the error "There was a problem storing data into the internal database" and it won't synchronize anymore.Attached is my log files zipped. BTW - This machines is still Windows 7 Ultimate. I am running My Movies version 5.40. File Attachment(s):
5-7-2023 log.zip (146kb) downloaded 1 time(s).
