I've created a "personal" version of a known release, and while the Title data syncs to my other devices, the Title cover images do not. How does one get the Title cover images to sync for a "personal" Title?

In this case, my "personal" copy of the Title "F.P.1 Doesn't Answer" (barcode 738329255206) is a box-set version of the release, as it contains two full feature films with entirely different casts. I'd like to include both films in my record as child Titles (aka a box-set), and Support wishes to relegate the extra film to a "Special Feature" which cannot be looked up and does not include a cast list, etc. I understand that decision by Support, and only wish to create a workaround for my own collection. I thought making a "personal" copy of the records would do the trick. It works for the data, but not the image. Is there any way to get the cover images to sync to my other devices as well?

Box set titles cannot be personalised.

Is it a box set or a single title?

The release contains two feature films. Support wishes me to treat the second film as an "extra". I would like to have both films in the release as Titles in my copy of the database (i.e., as a box-set). I can honor Support's request by leaving alone the "canonical" single-title-with-second-feature-length-film-only-listed-as-an-extra copy on the server by creating a "personal" copy of the Title that I can modify to my wishes.

I believe I have it working.

1) I make a copy of the canonical record, change the IMDB-ID on the copy to "tt0000000".
2) Create my "personal" box set using my "personal" copy of the Title record (i.e., never submitted to the server for public use)
3) Re-import my covers to the "personal" version.

This seems to be working as I would like it to work. Both the data and the covers for the parent and child Title records of my "personal" box-set are syncing properly to my other devices. No-one else need worry about or see my "personal" box-set Title(s). As a result, I have the database of titles that I would like.

(Earlier, the pointers for the cover images on the copy seemed to have been pointing to the same cover image files as the the canonical copy, and the sync of cover images was not working properly even though the synch of the data was working properly. By explicitly re-importing the cover images into my "personal" copy of the Title, everything seems to be working just fine for both data and covers.)
