Hello. Today, I have logged in to view my online collection, but no titles are showing up. This is in response to a message in My Movies 2 when I want to create a report: "The users online collection is not active".
I am getting this message at the bottom of the window: "An error has occurred. This application may no longer respond until reloaded." "Reload" appears when I click next to the error message, but reloading does not resolve the error. A password box appears very briefly; not long enough to reenter a password. It does show my stats of what I own in the left sidebar even before attempting to reload.
What do I need to do next? Thanks!
