If I do a "Add Titles" operation in the "By Barcode" tab (in this case, done with "Country" = "Any" (form won't let me have the angle brackets here), and the entered barcode is unknown, the user is prompted instead with the "By Manual Prompt", which is a nice touch. Even nicer is that the "Country" of the Title seems to be filled in accurately in the case I've encountered thus far ("Hungary" and "Germany"), which presumes you've been able to look up evidence of its existence with some degree of detail. However, in changing tabs, the new screen blanks out the barcode that the user had entered in on the previous tab rather than providing it as the default value for barcode.

Suggestion: Default the barcode entered in to the "Add Titles"/"By Barcode" tab when switching to the "By Manual Typing" tab. (If you do have lookup info that provides the Title in addition to the the Country from your lookup, it would be nice to default that in the "By Manual Typing" field as well.)
