Hello,

I have a lot of special box sets. I tried uploading the cover art, but it was rejected due to the file size.

How can I resolve this issue? I use promotional photos from the internet to show the contents of the box sets.

For example:

Thanks

The dialogs to check cover size is requests to check - you can accept that your covers do not meet standard size.

It basically asks you to check it - it is not saying you cannot contribute them.

And yet, my contribution for Alien AVP Predator was rejected!

I didn't include a back cover because there's nothing on it—just a black background.
It does say in the mail: "In the rare cases where the physical cover differs in size between the front and back, reply to this email to contact the moderator, who can help you resubmit your covers."
That’s what I did, but I haven't heard anything back."

Should I try again or just wait?

The rejection is another thing - it has no relation to the mentioned dialog.

The e-mail you receive on a rejection tells you why it was rejected - and, the email also writes that if you do not feel that your report is handled as you expected it to, you should contact support@mymovies.dk.

Please do, and write that you have not gotten a reply to your email - we need the email to see who handled it, please also forward the email you did not get a reply to.
