I’m running MyMovies v5.42 on Windows 10, and v6.05 client on my iPhone v26.2.
BUG: I have a disc Title in my collection that has a Movie record attached, and I later add a “Digital” copy of the same Movie via the iPhone client. These records happily coexist with each other and there are no synchronization issues.
However, if I delete the disc Title record on Windows, it deletes its attached Movie record as well (as expected) and leaves the “Digital” Movie record. The “Digital” Movie record on Windows still displays with its original Collection Number.
Then, if I sync my iPhone it correctly deletes the disc Title with its attached Movie record, but it also zeroes out the Collection Number on the “Digital” Movie record on my iPhone. Then the next sync zeroes out the Collection Number on the “Digital” Movie record on Windows and any other client that syncs from that point on.
I have to then delete the “Digital” Movie record, sync everything everywhere, and then re-add the “Digital” Movie so it has a Collection Number again. This is an old bug that I’ve reported several times, and it is not yet fixed.

Is this problem being worked on? As I replace more physical discs of Movies with “Digital” copies, this is becoming more and more of an issues, requiring me to delete *all* instances of a Title and re-add the Digital copy and any physical copies I keep whenever I want to delete a Title for which a Digital copy exists.
Please have a look at this issue.
