Recently, when I start My Movies 5.43, the program freezes on a movie title and does not load the entire interface. There are no error messages displayed. The program works as expected in Windows 10.

The log files are unfortunately difficult to get an overview of, because the background service is processing a lot of meta-data storage at the same time. Please in services stop "My Movies General Service" and then try to see if you can reproduce in a new log.
