Hi,
i have an issue to synchronize my collection in win app.
Every time I get this message: There was a problem storing into the internal database - synchronization aborted.
My collection has been imported from DVD Profiler through the webseite import page. Online, my collection has 935 entries but in app I only have 800. I have tried to sync for the 5 last days several time but I get the same error message everytime.
Can you help?

Hi. indeed, this title is now synchronize. But I have the same error again, possibly another title with the same issue File Attachment(s):

Can i solve this corrupted backdrop file issue by myself? I'm an IT engineer, maybe i could.
