dear folks,
sorry for my bad english ... i hope, you alle can understand me :)
the following point disturb me:
Ghost Whisperer - Staffel 1
Ghost Whisperer: Stimmen aus dem Jenseits: Season 2
Ghost Whisperer: Die komplette dritte Staffel
Ghost Whisperer Stimmen aus dem Jenseits Staffel 4
why i can't edting the title .. because it's not normal to names the seasons in "equal form"

(the names are same and ordently)
in same titles so you have given the special text a la "(4 DVDs)" ... i don't like this information on my title.
can you help me to editing the titles for me / myself?

The title is meant to match exactly as it is written on the box. Obviously some people do not like that, but it is the rule. But you can change this as a personal setting with the newest versions of the application. In the "Personal Data", you may need to select "Show More", then select "Title" and type in whatever you want to use for the title.
"(4 DVDs)" does not belong in the title. Notice that anything you edit as Personal Data are things that are only changed for yourself. If you see something that is incorrect that should be changed in the WebService for everybody, please use the "report incorrect data" function to report it as incorrect, then we will make sure it gets fixed.

hee ... i did not know about the funciontal in "show more" .. becaus it's grey (so i believe thats inactive) ... THANK YOU! :))

I'm having the same problem with the Roseanne series (and others) and I've asked for this to be corrected. The titles on here don't match what's on the box either. If they did there wouldn't be a problem. I also asked for other series of Roseanne to be added months ago and having waited so long I am now trying to do it myself. However I can't seem to figure out how to enter the cast and having checked in actors I see this has been neglected for the series already on. I've linked it using the IMDB ID and everything. I really liked the app at the start and probably still would if the company running it carried out their promises. It looks to me like the original poster is being fobbed off as well. If you guys can't be bothered fixing mistakes it would be better for everyone if you just said so so we can claim our refunds.

@malky.. you do realize "the company" does not fix things. The database is user generated. Information is uploaded by users like you and me. If a title is incorrect you need to use collection management and fix it. They the company do not own all the DVD's, TV series in the service. It is user like you and I that provide that information from the actual DVD's ect we own.

@tuner there's an option to report incorrect info like Carl said. I've reported loads and they do nothing about it. Months ago I reported a batch of DVD's which are wrong and as far as I can see the developer is fobbing the OP and everyone else off.

what do you mean malky? the report list is clear for dvds.
i should know, i happen to clear them :)
now you would have had e-mails back on those reports explaining whatever choice was made
unless it was in dealing with me via e-mail back and forth, i am a bit behind
if you want them looked at again report them, if they dvds/blu-rays/hd-dvds.
