Hi, I'm completely unable to add titles my movie collection. Every time I try to add a title, I receive the advice to Synchronise my collection. If I choose to do so, the synchronisation aborts. "There was a problem during synchronization - synchronization aborted." If I choose not to Synchronise, then I cannot even start an update, as soon as I try to add a title I am again asked if I want to synchronise. Either way, I cannot add anything. I have had this same problem for months. I did email support in January but I got no reply. I'm running Windows 10 Pro, x64 Here is a copy of my latest log: Please help. File Attachment(s):
log.zip (36kb) downloaded 11 time(s).
logEx.zip (4kb) downloaded 12 time(s).

Additionally, this also affects my MyMovies android phone app, as, whenever I open the phone app, I get the message "Changes have been made to your collection, would you like to synchronize now?" If I say No, the I cannot update anything on the phone app. If I say Yes, the phone tries to synchronise but always ends up displaying the warning "Error The requested movie was not found." If I then try to add a movie, I am again presented with "Changes have been made to your collection, would you like to synchronize now?" I am placed in a continual loop that takes me nowhere.

Yep, it's now August and I have not had any response to my query. I have now gone over 9 months without a functioning MyMovies database.

Check your spam filters the developers are normally very good and respond to most if not all support emails in 24 hours. Make sure you email from the address associated with your My Movies account and that the address is valid and active. Also don't forget to check your web mail, many email services do not pass on anything they flag as spam to an email client unless specifically set to do so, and as they also tend to auto delete any spam older than a month so you can miss things entirely that get miss identified if you only check via a client.
First thing would be to make sure you are on the latest version, probably the latest PR even, if that does nothing fully uninstalling, using the clean tool, deleting the C:\ProgramData\My Movies folder and reinstalling and logging in to your account and allowing things to sync may solve the issue. If that doesn't then it would suggest you may have a corrupt title in your database that is preventing the sync from completing in which case a log specifically of the failed sync attempt may with luck show what title is causing the problem so it can be fixed, if that is the issue.
