Hello,
I was an user of My Movies Pro 3.31 and upgraded to MyMovies Pro 6 with a 24 months subscription but I can't synchronize my db.

I write to support.

On first instance I wrote on 24th march 2026:
Hi,
I’ve got an old version of MyMovies:
My Movies Pro 3.31, iOS 26.3.1, iPhone14,2, tassomtf, iOS3Pro

This version is still working and I’m still using it.
I bought new release, MyMovies6 but I can’t synchronize my collection.
Each time I tried an error comes up.
That’s the screenshot:

Hi,
This is a database that was not upgraded correct – please remove the app from your device and re-add it from the app store – log in and let it re-sync your data.
Note that you have two user accounts – one username based and one facebook based – I expect you are using the username based one.

i re-add the app and i'm logging in with my username based account (tassomtf) and it's syncing now.
But it's limited to 50 movies. I'm not able to use my 24 months subscription I bought in december '25.
Here's the receipt in attachment.

On 17th april I wrote to support again cause MyMovies 3 Pro get obsolete and don't work anymore:
Now I can’t use MyMovies 3 Pro no more.
And I can’t use MyMovies 6 Pro with 24 months subscription, cause I got no answer from older help requests.

I have a 24 months subscription but my account is limited to 50 titles.

Hi,
I have 3 different accounts:
- a username based (tassomtf)
- a Facebook based (filiptas@tin.it)
- an apple based (brand new)
I wrote to support several times cause I bought a 24 months subscription, moving from MyMovies 3 to 6, and I still can’t use it.
None of the 3 account can let me upload more than 50 titles.
Till the last week MyMovies 3 still worked but now it’s obsolete.
I opened several request and I didn’t get any answer after the first one.
So I created another apple based account in order to get an answer and a solution for this issue.
It’s so frustrating paying for a service and not be able to use it.

This is my last effort.
I have lost 4 months cause I can't fully use MyMovies Pro 6.
If even this doesn't work to get my 24 months subscription I've lost my archive, my money, my time.
