User Customization
Introduction
Notice! These customization features are upcoming for My Movies 3.10, and is part of the My Movies 3.10 Pre Releases.
My Movies contains various features for user customization, such as custom cover styles, custom genre icons and similar. This page contains user contributed customization items that you can download and install on your Media Center PC.
The customization files are redistributed in self-extracing zip files, that will extract to the correct user customization location in My Movies. Notice that most user customization must be placed on the server, and not on the various clients - therefore, it is a good idea to download and extract the customization file to both the server and the client machines to be sure.
Users of My Movies for Windows Home Server must extract the content from a Client PC directory to the Windows Home Server by replacing the "C:\ProgramData\My Movies\FileStorage" directory with "\\server\MyMoviesFileStorage$", where "server" is the name or IP address of your Windows Home Server. The "C:\ProgramData\My Movies\FileStorage" directory is the suggested extraction folder in the self-extracting zip files.
